In this course, we will deconstruct the circulatory system as the sophisticated, high-pressure logistics network that it is. We will explore the physiology of the heart's dual-pump mechanism, the distinct structure and function of arteries, capillaries, and veins, and the critical role of blood components in transport and defense.
