Brief Biographical Sketch:
I'm a sophomore in Cornell's College of Engineering studying Chemical Engineering. I'm currently focused on safety and its role in defense systems. Aside from ChemE, I love teaching. I teach an engineering calculus workshop at Cornell and tutor students in my free time in a variety of topics. I hope to encourage students to learn and pursue the topics they're really interested in! Instant Invention is a hands-on class for students interested in engineering problem solving. A challenge will be announced for teams of students to solve using everyday materials. The winning team will receive a cool prize at the end of class. A few concepts will be discussed that may be useful to your designs, but you have free reign on how you want to solve the problem. There is no “right” way!
