Come explore the world of food fermentation with us as we look at different types of kimchi! We will be discussing the process of fermentation, how it affects our foods, and finally tasting different types of kimchi that have undergone different fermentation periods.
Note: traditionally, kimchi is not vegetarian, so if you have any dietary concerns, please let us know!
