Join our molecular gastronomy class, where we will be exploring the intersection of the culinary world with science! We will be introducing basic molecular gastronomy concepts, followed by seeing (and some taste testing!) real-life food examples that use molecular gastronomy techniques. Finally, we will finish off with a demo involving making Sprite popping pearls!

Come explore the world of food fermentation with us as we look at different types of kimchi! We will be discussing the process of fermentation, how it affects our foods, and finally tasting different types of kimchi that have undergone different fermentation periods. Note: traditionally, kimchi is not vegetarian, so if you have any dietary concerns, please let us know!
